The client came to us with an unusual request: development of a booking plugin to WordPress. This plugin had to be dynamically created where questions were going to be generated according to the parameters chosen and be able to flow within the zendesk API so as to create a knock on effect. The project included complex data validation procedures that were aimed at validating accuracy and reliability of input data that posed a great challenge.
Our strategy of custom WordPress plugin development is based on the principles of best practices and observing coding standards. We started in such a way that we created a structure of the exact file folder of the plugin, where it is easy to manage and maintain. Another strength of our company lies in managing third-party API scripts, including Zendesk, and mastery thereof was very useful in the project implementation. Consequently, the client was not only happy with the end-result but also impressed by the ease of integrating the end-product with their current systems. We are so glad to take part in this project being certain of the direct impact of our work on the improvement of the lives of those in need of the services provided by the NDIS Service of SpotOnCare.
